Stoneaswift provides domestic, international, warehousing, and last-mile logistics services from our base in Montréal, Québec. We work with manufacturers, distributors, e-commerce operators, and importers whose operations depend on freight arriving within committed windows. Our clients are not typically individuals shipping single parcels — we operate on account relationships with businesses moving recurring volumes: weekly LTL consolidations, monthly FCL ocean imports, seasonal warehousing programs, and ongoing last-mile contracts. The minimum engagement threshold is designed to suit businesses shipping at least several times per week, where predictability and documented performance matter more than the lowest possible per-shipment rate. We serve clients across Canada, with particularly active customer bases in Québec, Ontario, and British Columbia.

Stoneaswift was founded in 2014 by a team with backgrounds in supply chain consulting and carrier operations. From the outset, the business was built around documented standard operating procedures — not because clients demanded it, but because SOPs are the only defensible way to maintain service consistency as volume grows. Today, the Stoneaswift team of 28 includes dispatch coordinators, trade compliance specialists, warehouse supervisors, and route planners. Every new team member completes a structured 90-day onboarding programme before handling live client accounts. The warehouse on Rue Saint-Patrick has expanded twice since opening, reaching its current 22,000 sq ft in 2021. We have completed more than 18,000 shipments since founding, and the operational data from those movements — transit time variances, exception causes, documentation errors — feeds directly into a continuous improvement cycle reviewed monthly by department leads. The teal-modern aesthetic of our digital tools reflects our broader philosophy: clear presentation, no visual noise, information you can act on without interpretation.
