22,000 square feet of climate-monitored storage with direct ERP and WMS integration — your inventory managed as precisely as your data.

Each stored SKU has a bin location, a cycle-count schedule, and an assigned account coordinator.
Stoneaswift's Montréal warehouse on Rue Saint-Patrick operates on a bin-location WMS with barcode scanning at every inbound and outbound movement. New inventory is received, verified against the purchase order, and assigned a bin location within four hours of arrival. Pick-and-pack orders submitted before 11:00 are dispatched the same business day; orders submitted before 15:00 are dispatched by 18:00 for next-morning courier handoff. Inventory data is available to clients at any time through the web portal or via EDI connection in EDIFACT or X12 formats. Monthly reconciliation reports are issued by the 3rd of each following month with full variance explanations for any discrepancy above 0.1%.
These are operational standards, not aspirational features.
Temperature and humidity are logged every 30 minutes across three zones. Alerts are triggered automatically if either measurement exceeds the zone's set range, and the on-duty supervisor receives an immediate notification.
Connect your ERP or WMS directly via EDIFACT or X12 EDI. Supported transaction sets include 940 (warehouse shipping orders), 945 (shipping advice), 944 (receipt advice), and 846 (inventory inquiry/advice).
Pick-and-pack orders submitted by 11:00 ship the same business day. Orders submitted between 11:00 and 15:00 are prepared and staged for 18:00 courier collection. Cut-off extensions are available for high-volume clients by prior arrangement.
Detailed inventory reconciliation issued by the 3rd of each month. Any variance greater than 0.1% is explained line by line with root-cause analysis and a corrective action note.
We moved 4,200 SKUs into Stoneaswift's facility in May 2023. The inbound receiving process took three days for the full transfer and the inventory was available in our ERP via EDI by the end of the first week. Their monthly reconciliation reports have caught two discrepancies in 18 months — both traced back to our own supplier short-shipments, not warehouse error.

We are transparent about what the facility does and does not accommodate.
The Stoneaswift warehouse is not licensed for storage of foodstuffs requiring CFIA oversight or pharmaceutical products requiring Health Canada Good Distribution Practice (GDP) certification. Our climate zones maintain between 5°C and 25°C — we do not operate frozen or deep-freeze zones. Bulk liquid storage, flammable materials storage above TDG Class 3 Packing Group III limits, and oversized cargo requiring crane access are outside the facility's current configuration. Minimum monthly storage commitment is 10 pallet positions; clients with fewer than 10 pallet positions may be referred to a partner facility. The facility is alarmed and CCTV-monitored 24/7, but Stoneaswift does not provide bonded warehouse services for goods under CBSA control.
Share your SKU count, average pallet positions, and dispatch frequency — we will provide a monthly warehousing cost estimate within four business hours.
